- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Rugg and her staff saved my dog's life. After an emergency visit on a Sunday evening to another vet in town, I called Dr Rugg for follow up care the next week. My dog wasn't doing well and I thought I was out of choices and would have to put my dog down. Dr. Rugg did a thorough exam and gave me excellent instructions so I could care for our dog at home. She worked with us on a payment plan and our dog is doing fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Rugg. My family and I are so grateful.
